The site operates a plastic recyclables exchange service, where suppliers and buyers can post a notice on the site to indicate recycled plastics available for sale or plastics wanted. This service is a great way of linking purchasers and suppliers of recycled plastics within Ireland and will promote the use of Irish recyclables within Ireland. Posting materials on the site is a free service.
A further aspect of the site is a leasing programme for plastic recycling equipment. Equipment can be trialled, for a fee, to determine if a process or specific equipment will work in a facility. This eliminates the need to purchase or lease equipment at high cost and allows companies to test machinery for suitability without the concern of high capital investment.
